booking and payment

1. Booking and Payments:

All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system, over the phone, or in person at our spa.
A down payment is required to secure your appointment. This payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.
ANY valet or parking fees or to be paid by customer.
Full payment for services is required upon arrival to your appointment.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Cancellation or rescheduling will result in the forfeiture of your down payment.
In case of rescheduling, an additional deposit of $50 will be charged.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate you; however, please be aware of our cancellation policy.

Liability

5. Liability:

Soul Touch Spa and its staff are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or as a result of your appointment.
Clients are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions and following any post-treatment care instructions provided by our staff.

Health and Safety

4. Health and Safety:

Your health and safety, as well as that of our staff, are our top priorities. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or other relevant information that may affect your treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a risk to your health or safety.
